Questions studios ask
How do payouts work?
Guests pay through Stripe directly into your own Stripe account — you are the merchant of record. Each session’s earnings release automatically to your bank 3 days after the session, and payouts go out daily. WhereToPodcast never holds your money.
What does the commission apply to?
Only to the session price guests pay online. Tips and sales tax are never commissioned, and bookings you take outside the site cost nothing.
Who sets prices and policies?
You do — hourly rates, packages, add-ons, minimums, after-hours pricing, your cancellation policy, instant booking or request-to-book.
Can I keep using my own website?
Yes. Embed the booking calendar on your own site with one line of code, and sync two-way with Google Calendar (or import any Apple/Outlook calendar) so you are never double-booked.
What if my studio is already listed?
Claim it for free. If your account email matches your studio’s website domain, the claim is approved instantly.
